Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Klumpsy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use Klumpsy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one account. Impersonating other users or creating accounts to evade bans is prohibited.

Klumpsy is built on honest expression — anonymous or public. You may post opinions, thoughts, questions, photos, and links that comply with these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Klumpsy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted hate speech
• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
• Explicit threats of violence against real people
• Content designed to doxx or expose someone's private information
• Spam, scams, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Content that violates Finnish or EU law
• Impersonation of real individuals or organisations

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or reporting to authorities where legally required.

Klump mode allows anonymous posting. Anonymity is a feature, not a shield for harmful behaviour. We maintain a private link between accounts and their anonymous posts for safety and legal compliance.

We will disclose account information to law enforcement when legally compelled to do so.

You can report content that violates these terms. We review reports and take action where appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion.

We are not responsible for user-generated content but we take our moderation responsibilities seriously.

Klumpsy is provided "as is". We are in beta and the platform may change, go down, or have bugs. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your content may be removed and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts. EU consumer protection law applies where relevant.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of Klumpsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
