Focus mode for accessibility
Reducing distractions for users with ADHD.
Settings → Accessibility → Focus mode removes the notification badge, hides trending content from Discovery, disables autoplay in the feed, and sets a soft session timer of 30 minutes. Designed to reduce compulsive usage and context-switching.
