Comment likes vs. post likes
How liking a comment differs from liking a post.
Liking a post is a public action visible to everyone who views the post. Comment likes are less prominent — they show a like count on the comment but don't notify the commenter by default.
To enable notifications for comment likes: Settings → Notifications → Comments → Likes on my comments → On.
