Comment moderation for post owners

As a post owner, you can:

• Delete any comment
• Pin one comment to the top
• Restrict an account directly from their comment (long-press → Restrict)
• Add keyword filters that auto-hide comments containing specific words
• Turn off comments entirely on a post
• Review and approve comments from restricted accounts before they appear
