Can I pin a conversation?

01Pinning

Swipe right (iOS), long-press (Android), or right-click (web) a conversation and tap Pin. Pinned threads stay at the top of your inbox.

02Limit

You can pin up to 5 conversations. Attempting to pin a 6th prompts you to unpin one first.

03Unpinning

Use the same gesture and tap Unpin to return the conversation to its chronological position.
