Why are my notifications delayed?

01Battery optimisation

Aggressive battery optimisation (especially on Android) can delay background delivery. Exclude Klumpsy from battery optimisation.

02Platform delays

Apple and Google's push notification services occasionally introduce delays outside Klumpsy's control. Check klumpsy.com/status for outages.

03Wi-Fi vs mobile data

Notifications require a live internet connection. Moving between networks can briefly interrupt delivery.
