Media in direct messages
How photos and videos in DMs are stored.
Photos and videos sent in DMs are stored for 30 days for standard accounts. To save them permanently, long-press the media in the conversation → Save to device before it expires.
Klumpsy Premium extends DM media retention to 1 year. Note: disappearing messages are deleted immediately after viewing regardless of this setting.
