Not receiving notifications

Diagnose and fix missing push notifications.

If push notifications aren't arriving:

  1. Check Device Settings → Klumpsy → Notifications is set to Allow.
  2. Check your in-app settings: Settings → Notifications → Push notifications — make sure the relevant types are on.
  3. Disable Quiet Mode if it's active.
  4. Check your Do Not Disturb / Focus mode settings on your device.
  5. Try logging out and back in — this refreshes the push notification token.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall the app as a last resort.
