Not receiving notifications
Diagnose and fix missing push notifications.
If push notifications aren't arriving:
- Check Device Settings → Klumpsy → Notifications is set to Allow.
- Check your in-app settings: Settings → Notifications → Push notifications — make sure the relevant types are on.
- Disable Quiet Mode if it's active.
- Check your Do Not Disturb / Focus mode settings on your device.
- Try logging out and back in — this refreshes the push notification token.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app as a last resort.
