Adding alt text to images

Alt text describes an image for users who are visually impaired. In the post composer, after adding an image, tap Edit on the image → Alt text. Write a concise description of what's in the image.

Klumpsy also auto-generates basic alt text using AI. You can edit or replace it. We encourage adding your own — you know the context better than our algorithm.
