Troubleshooting upload failures

Common reasons uploads fail:

• File too large: Check the file size against our limits (photos: 20 MB, videos: 100 MB).
• Unsupported format: Convert to JPEG/MP4 using a free conversion tool.
• Poor connection: Try switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa.
• App cache full: Settings → Storage → Clear cache.

If uploads consistently fail after trying the above, please report it via Settings → Help → Report a problem.
