2FA recovery if you lose your device

What to do when you lose your authenticator.

Use a backup code on the login screen (tap 'Use backup code'). If you have no backup codes, tap 'Can't access your authenticator?' and submit a recovery request with ID verification. Takes 3–5 business days — no shortcut exists.
