Data retention policy
How long Klumpsy keeps your data.
We retain active account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, most data is deleted within 30 days. Some categories of data are retained longer for legal reasons:
- Reports and moderation decisions: 3 years
- Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- IP logs associated with reported violations: up to 90 days
