Two-factor authentication recovery

If you lose access to your 2FA device:

1. Use a backup code on the login screen (tap "Use backup code").
2. If you have no backup codes, tap "Can't access your authenticator?" and submit a recovery request with ID verification.

Recovery without backup codes takes 3–5 business days. There is no shortcut — this protects all users.
