Enabling two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security. Even if someone has your password, they can't log in without the second factor.

Klumpsy supports two 2FA methods:

• Authenticator app: Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP app. Go to Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication → Set up authenticator app.
• SMS: A code is sent to your phone number. Less secure than an authenticator app but still much better than no 2FA.

Save your backup codes somewhere safe — if you lose access to your second factor, they're your only way in.
