Timeline for data requests
How long privacy and data requests take.
Standard data download requests: up to 48 hours. GDPR access requests: up to 30 days. GDPR erasure requests: up to 30 days (data is deleted within 90 days of confirmation). Legal data requests: 5–15 business days depending on complexity and legal review requirements.
