Writing an effective support request
Get faster help by writing clear support messages.
Include: 1) Your username and the email on the account. 2) A clear, specific description of the issue. 3) Steps to reproduce (for bugs). 4) What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened. 5) Screenshots or screen recordings. Vague requests take significantly longer to resolve.
