When and how quickly we respond.

Our support team is based in Helsinki, Finland (UTC+2/UTC+3) and operates Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM local time. We observe Finnish public holidays.

Typical response times:

  • Safety-critical reports: within 2–4 hours
  • Account access issues: within 24 hours
  • General support: within 2 business days
  • Billing: within 1 business day
  • Legal requests: within 5 business days
