I've lost access to my account email — what can I do?

01Contact support

Email klumpsyapp@gmail.com from any address. Include your Glow username and describe the situation.

02Identity verification

Support will ask for proof of identity and account ownership before granting recovery access.

03Prevention

Keep your account email up to date and enable 2FA with a backup code stored safely.
