Payment failed

What to do when a payment doesn't go through.

If a renewal payment fails, Klumpsy retries twice over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your Premium subscription is cancelled and you revert to a standard account.

To prevent this: make sure your payment method is up to date. You'll receive email reminders before a payment attempt and after a failed one.
