Refund policy
When you can get a refund for Klumpsy Premium.
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After 48 hours, subscriptions are non-refundable as per our terms.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested through those platforms — we cannot issue them directly.
To request a refund on a web purchase: contact klumpsyapp@gmail.com with subject "Refund request" within 48 hours of purchase.
