Unblocking a user
How to remove a block and what changes.
To unblock someone: Settings → Privacy → Blocked accounts, find the user, and tap Unblock. Alternatively search for their username and use the ··· menu on their profile.
After unblocking, they can find your profile and follow you again (if your account is public). However, their old follow relationship is not automatically restored — they would need to follow you again.
