Appealing a moderation decision
What to do if you think we got it wrong.
If your content was removed or your account was actioned, you'll receive an email explaining why. That email includes an Appeal button.
Appeals are reviewed by a different member of our Trust & Safety team than the original decision-maker. We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days.
If your appeal is successful, your content is restored and the action is reversed. If unsuccessful, you'll receive a detailed explanation.
