How reporting works

Klumpsy's Trust & Safety team reviews reports submitted by users. When you report something, you can include a reason and optional context.

We do not tell the reported user who filed the report. We review every report but may not take action if the content doesn't violate our guidelines. You'll receive a notification when the report is resolved.

Reports are prioritised by severity. High-severity content (child safety, terrorism, credible threats of violence) is reviewed within hours. Other reports may take 1–3 business days.
