Images and videos not loading
Fix media that shows a grey placeholder.
Grey placeholders mean media failed to load. Pull to refresh. Check your internet connection. Clear the app cache. If the issue is with your own media, the original upload may have failed — try re-uploading. Check klumpsy.com/status for CDN issues.
