Video won't play

Troubleshoot video playback issues.

Video playback issues are usually network-related. Try:

  • Connecting to a faster Wi-Fi network.
  • Reducing video quality: Settings → Video → Data saver → Reduce quality on mobile data.
  • Restarting the app.

If videos never play even on fast Wi-Fi, there may be a codec issue. Ensure your device OS is up to date. If the issue is with a specific video format you've uploaded, check our supported formats.
