Permanently deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your posts, messages, followers, and following relationships are deleted. Your username becomes available after 14 days.

To delete: Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can log back in to cancel the deletion.

We retain certain data for legal compliance (e.g. reported content) per our Privacy Policy. Request a copy of your data before deleting.
