Data portability: exporting your account
Export all Klumpsy data before leaving or for a backup.
Request a complete export at Settings → Privacy → Your data → Request data download. The zip file includes your posts (metadata and media), followers/following lists, DMs, comments, likes, and account settings as JSON + HTML.
Download links expire after 7 days. Exports are processed within 48 hours.
