Disputing a Klumpsy charge

How to raise a billing dispute.

For web-managed subscriptions: email klumpsyapp@gmail.com with subject 'Billing dispute' and include your account email, the charge amount, and the date. For Apple/Google charges, the dispute must go through those platforms' support. We aim to resolve billing disputes within 3 business days.
