Recovering a locked account

What to do if you can't get into your account.

If you can't log in, try these steps in order:

  1. Use Forgot password on the login screen.
  2. If you no longer have access to your email, tap Need more help? on the password reset screen and fill out the account recovery form.
  3. For accounts with 2FA enabled and lost backup codes, submit a recovery request with a government-issued ID at klumpsyapp@gmail.com. We verify identity manually — expect 3–5 business days.
