Recovering a locked account
What to do if you can't get into your account.
If you can't log in, try these steps in order:
- Use Forgot password on the login screen.
- If you no longer have access to your email, tap Need more help? on the password reset screen and fill out the account recovery form.
- For accounts with 2FA enabled and lost backup codes, submit a recovery request with a government-issued ID at klumpsyapp@gmail.com. We verify identity manually — expect 3–5 business days.
