My account was hacked
Immediate steps to secure a compromised account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission:
- Change your password immediately via Forgot password.
- Go to Settings → Security → Devices and log out all unfamiliar devices.
- Enable 2FA if it isn't already on.
- Check Settings → Account → Email address to ensure it hasn't been changed.
- Report the compromise to us at klumpsyapp@gmail.com with subject "Compromised account" so we can review activity logs.
